How to Perform a Job Analysis

This course is developed specifically for Early to Mid-Level HR professionals as defined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and/or those individuals in small businesses who routinely perform HR duties. This course is aligned with the HR Expertise (HR Knowledge) SHRM Competency Model.

•Discuss common errors found in data collection.
•Illustrate how job analysis is tied to job descriptions, compensation planning, performance evaluations, and the identification of training needs.
•Identify credible resources to assist with job analysis.
